Early Childhood Educator
Additional Qualifications:
* Valid first aid and CPR certificate
* Clear criminal record check
* Character references
* current resume which includes education and employment history
* Compliance with BC immunization programs
* Minimum age of 19 years
Required Experience:
Knowledge of the Early Learning Framework.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural enviroment.
Ability to work rotational shifts.
Willingness to engage in the development and implementation of special events and celebrations hosted by Quadra Daycare.
Creativity, initiative, enthusiasm, flexibility annd a good sense of humour are needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the children in care.
Provide a comfortable caring atmosphere.
Learn, understand and follow the policies and procedures of Quadra Daycare.
Work in cooperation with the other staff in a manner that is consistent and in the best interest of the children.
Complete weekly Early Learning Framework.
Complete monthly planning.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary $23.23 per hour plus the wage enhancement for fully licensed ECE.
