Required Experience:

  • Educational Background:

    • A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Hands-On Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years working with young children (ages 0-5) in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Behavioral Management:

    • Experience in managing classroom behaviors and implementing positive discipline techniques.
  • Curriculum Development:

    • Ability to develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with developmental milestones.
  • Parent Communication:

    • Experience in maintaining regular communication with parents regarding child progress and concerns.
  • Collaborative Skills:

    • Experience working as part of a team with other educators and staff.
  • Professional Development:

    • Participation in workshops or training related to early childhood education, child development, or behavioral management.
  • First Aid and CPR Certification:

    • Current certification in First Aid and CPR for infants and children.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated childcare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a nurturing learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Conduct educational activities that promote physical, social, and intellectual development
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress
- Utilize computer programs for educational purposes
- Maintain accurate student records

Skills:
- Proficiency in computer operation for educational purposes
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to educate and engage young children effectively
- Organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is desirable

Salary & Benefits:

$18 - $26 + $6 govement wage enhancement
