Irwin Park Tree House offers both Group Child Care (30 months to 5yrs) and  Afterschool Care (K - Gr.6).  We are open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm.

Qualifications: Other

Additional Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Quickbooks (or similiar desk-top accounting program), excellent written and spoken English communication skills, 1-2 years experience in basic accounting/bookkeeping, computer knowlege including MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook.

Quickbooks (or similiar accounting program, 1-2 years basic accounting/bookkeeping, and basic computer knowlege of MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

Our office adminitrator is primarily responsible for monthly invoicing, payroll, A/R, bank deposits and reconciliations, management of BC Gov programs and funding, and preparing grants.

Salary & Benefits:

$25-$27/hour, depending on experience

Semi annual bonus

Flexiblity with work schedule
