Ana is a parent, author, facilitator and founder of Early Years Workshops and Training and in this episode she shares how her personal experience with supporting her child's resilience through wellness has shaped her learning and research as an early childhood educator. Ana offers us her perspective as a parent and also as an ECE and shares her vision for supporting adult caregivers to enable children to thrive.
